After the war, peace will return...

In the new issue, we once again have a colourful bouquet of topics ranging from research history and the discovery of a new fortlet to unusual items such as a mayor's chain that replicates the Limes and its towers. 

Sadly, we must say goodbye once again: Prof. Dr. Dieter Planck passed away on 1 July, meaning that he was not able to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the ORL's World Heritage listing.

For financial reasons, we are forced to publish only one issue of the newsletter per year.
